The Legal Form for the Land of Israel began as a grassroots organization seeking to alleviate via the courts the woes of thousands of Israeli evacuees resulting from the Disengagement from the Gaza Strip and Northern Samaria in August 2005. It has since become a full-fledged institution. The Forum's activities are carried out by volunteer attorneys and legal experts, in Israeli courts and the Knesset. |
